Welcome!

First off, thanks to all the folks who’ve listened to me blab about this great vision of mine! I’ve been talking for *years*, and now finally the time is here. I have nothing but love and respect for the community of folks who’ve supported this project from day one.

I am part of the Kevin Brown morning show on KBLX, 102.9 (kblx.com).  I am an 18-year radio veteran, honing my craft in New Orleans, LA and Buffalo New York… But,  being on the radio here in the San Franicsisco, Bay Area is a dream come true!

I was born and raised in New Orleans, LA, graduating from Xavier University in 1994.
I love to entertain, but I am also passionate about being involved in and creating community.  I am a single mom, and I understand that we all need to stay empowered to make our lives great. I am a certified yoga instructor. It is a growing passion of mine–a pathway that has been illuminated for me. I’ve connected to many, many great folks thru yoga.

I also love reading,  writing,  traveling, doing yoga and spending time with my daughter.
